• Add extra text, move, resize or delete text

• You can upload and add your own images e.g. photos if you wish.
• You can personalize the back side if you wish by adding text and photos.

How do I access my editable template?

After your purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl (sent to your Etsy-registered email). Follow the link to access and edit your template directly in your web browser—no software required!

Why didn’t I receive my Corjl access email?

• Make sure you’re checking the correct Etsy email (the one linked to your Etsy account).
• Do not use Apple ID Privacy Settings—this can block emails from Corjl.
• Check if you purchased an instant download file instead—not all templates are editable in Corjl. Instant download files can be accessed directly from your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews.
• If you still don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or log into Corjl.com using your Etsy email and order number.

Can I edit the template on my phone or tablet?

Yes! Basic edits (text changes) can be made on a mobile device. However, for full customization (changing fonts, colors, resizing text, etc.), we recommend using a computer.

What browser should I use?

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop.

Can I try the template before purchasing?

Absolutely! Each listing includes a FREE DEMO LINK so you can test the template before placing an order. Check the item description for details.

Do the templates expire?

Yes, templates expire 180 days after purchase. If you need access beyond this period, you will need to repurchase the file.

Is there a download limit?

Yes, downloads are limited to 30 to help protect the business. If you need more than 30 downloads (e.g., for a wedding or large event), please contact me, and I’ll be happy to assist!

Can I print my template at home or a print shop?

Yes! You can print your finished design at home, at a local print shop, or through online printing services.
